Krys Ellis is from Los Angeles, California. She attended Hamilton High School and worked with Karen McDonald and Latrece Douglas where she choreographed a dance her freshman year. Garden High School is where she transferred next and was on the dance team and in the dance program for 3 years. Krys is now currently attending Alabama State University where she is planning on receiving her BFA degree in dance. She started her first ballet and tap class at the age of 3 at Black Whales Dance School, she continued on and attended The Dance Factory where she did Competition, parades at Disneyland, and dance recitals. After doing two years at The Dance Factory, she then went on The Dance Connection in 2012 where she started to take dance more serious, she did volunteer to dance at different events, more dance recitals, and different workshops. Lastly, she attended Courtneys School of Dance in 2016 where she started to focus more of her ballet technique, and flexibility skills. Krys has a major passion for dance, she plans on dancing with different dance companies, and having her own dance school in the future.
